I received a message from my site with the following header:
Date: Sun, 21 Nov 2004 14:46:49 -0800
Now the time reflected above is the time EST that I triggered the message, but doesn't the -0800 indicate that the server is in the wrong time zone? Shouldn't show something like -0500?
