Hi Guys ...

What is going on again ...

I can not do moderate new accounts in my main cp 'cause I can not log in !

I can not send a ticket 'cause I can not log in to reseller cp !

Please and again please solve the problems in a quick but stable way ...

Things going worse every day , I'm missing the older days with NO PROBLEMS .

There is no problem at all with the web servers or control panel. Please be more descriptive of the issue/error message rather than blaming the systems as a default response to any issue
 
Also, if you cannot send in a ticket, please always email [email protected]

Coming to the forum complaining about an issue with no specific information makes it very difficult for us

If there was some outright issue, it would be posted in announcements
 
Seems to be fixed now ...

The problem was on the cp , every link of the cp was returning an internal server error ...

I got an Apache Server error once and than the internal server errors occured .

After that I tried to log in but server errors continued .

So I decided to send a ticket but the same server error came up when trying to log in to the reseller cp .

As I said , they all works for now .

PS : I will keep the helpline mail in mind , thanks ...
