win7 still not work ?

It's verry emergency !!!

My web's url is www.i-couple.net and it was on win7 !
It's ftp and website can't work until now !!!

Please help us !!

And we can't connect it with ftp "win7.chung-mei.net" ,too.

You updated the registrar on the 21st, did it deal with DNS? You can try connecting via FTP here:

I have checked the site, and had another person check the site and they both work.

I believe this is a DNS issue and not a Win7 issue. Please open a ticket. Win7 was only down for about 15 minutes in the outage mentioned.
