winCF a bit slow

I started doing a little maintenance on WinCF not expecting it to be any issue at all but t has made wincf quite slow in responding. I am working to stop the process that is making it slow ASAP, it is not a clinet site or anything but a delete operation I started of a lot of temporary files.
 
well it was good server side, but IIS had backed up quite a lot when it went slow, I am restarting IIS and CF now to resolve.

Edit: 45 sec later, resolved.
