WINCF2 had issues with DSN Server

WinCF2 had some issues and the DSN might not work for some sites , most sites are up but if DSN is down to submit a ticket and we will handle top priority

We restored the DSN file from backup upon the error, and it did not correct, so we had to go to an older backup, this one worked but may need to have a few DSNs manually added or corrected.
