WinCF2 is down - RAM Replaced and up

We have done reboot on wincf2 and it is not coming up. We are sending tech to datacenter.

We had to do a power reset on wincf2 and it is not coming up after this. We are sending a tech now to check the server. This will be at least 20 minutes down.

Taking a while but they will be at the server in about 5 minutes.

We have not gotten word back from the tech on what the issue is, phones are not getting through to them. We know they were headed to work on it and would be there in 5 minutes at 10:49AM EST

Windows is coming up and then rebooting, I think there is a BSOD happening that is causing this we are checking further now.

We have an issue with RAM. We are working on this and we expect the server to be up in the next 60 minutes

We are fully replacing all the ram with new kingston DDR2 ECC REG RAM 4x1GB.

Windows has booted up and ping is up now. We are coming live again in the next 2 min.
