winsd support

Hi,

I have a client experiencing bad email sending problems ... Ticket # RXZ-Iq8df-042 althought I did create one awhile ago but I have lost the reference ... can someone help?

This is mail not really winsd, but we've worked with two linux techs and there is no issue there, no mail queue, mail coming immediate. But we are still checking all avenues.
