WinVPS13 power Panel issue

Clients on WinVPS13 might face power panel issue and that will not be opening since the service responsible for it is failing on the Service VPS.

We have asked swsoft to check out the root cause of this. Shall update once we have resolved this issue.

However all the VPS are running just fine and will have no issues at all.

The power panel is now up and running.

It was the logs file which was the issue. We have re-initialized it now and the power panel is up and running.
