WinVPS16 Hardware issue - resolved - no client impact

There are a handful of VPSes down(none of clients facing) due to a node issue on winvps16, we have a tech headed to the datacenter to check.

Power supply is out on the server, changing it now.

Server is running hardware wise but a windows error on boot, we are still checking.

The server is up, it was having an odd error about registry, we got it repaired.

No customers were impacted by this in the end, as all client facing VPSes were removed in September. However we have a properly running server now.
