We have an issue on these due to a license being loaded improperly, we are working on it at top priority.

we have this now partially working, I am waiting a further correction from SWsoft very shortly. Only a small handful of VPSes on 18/19/20 nodes are down now.

All winvps18 VPSes have been up for some time now, still 4 down on 19 and 20, they should be up very soon.

now fully resolved, we are very sorry about this situation and will seek to pro-actively prevent this in the future.
