WinVPS8 delay - resolved

We had hoped to get this resolved before delaying more than the one waiting VPs setup, however there is now more than one.

SWsoft developers are working on a bug encountered on the new server and it has to this point been in ticket for 37 hours, the server is up and working perfectly, except we can't make new VPSes on it due to a cluster management error(we have a cluster of servers that share IP pools, and some settings). Their developers are working to fix the issue and allow us to continue.

We now are set to be able to manage WinVPS8 but not as it is designed in the IP sharing pool that speeds up setup/installs. However if SWsoft does not find a solution in the next 4 hours we will continue making VPSes manually on this server.

users awaiting their WinVPS accounts now have them, we did create them manually without the partially automated portions.
