Upgrading Older Hyper 2008R2 Server

Google is forcing all websites to eventually be HTTPs. Next month it is just sites that input sensitive data (including logins) but soon it will be all websites.

SNI makes it easier and cheap to add certificates to all domains but will not run on IIS 7.x which highest version that will run on Windows 2008R. Plus Plesk supports Let's Encrypt as a plugin.

I noticed that new Hyper V accounts are going on newer Windows Servers. ( 2016? )

What would it take to move my account to a newer server?

All VPS are on 2016 Nodes already, if you need an OS upgrade we can work with you to schedule it on a ticket, you will have to setup and move it in a 7-10 day process for it to work out without extra charges (Plesk, Windows etc cost us fees so we have to pass them along beyond a short timeframe)

The 7-10 is not the time it takes to move it but the time I have to do it? I assume I could setup and move over real quick to avoid disruption of my clients.

This is only if I need more time to setup and move?

I can't see taking more than a day or 2.

Correct it shouldn't take that long, just saying thats all we can give freely.
