I guess that would be just me but maybe a note for virtuzzo WIN2003 guys...

if your reboot your VPS make sure the services are actually running. It may say start up type is automatic but system actually does not care about that
and may or may not start up the service...

I notice before that SMTP did not start up now i am noticed that Task scheduler also did not start up as it should...


Oh my god 2 weeks i did not notice that it was doing that...

Maybe I gave up smoking too early...
 
I have seen issues with task scheduler not starting on 2003 in the past. 2008 handles the startups better from my experience (but not on virutozzo, in fact VZ is driving me crazy these days), it offers more custom options like 'delayed startup' that can allow the server to get critical services going first, then launch the extras.
