Please see ticket DJY-18729-720 We did the fix described above on Friday. We still have not received ANY mail as of Monday morning for one account. Some of my customer accounts are fixed. The domain described in the ticket is still down.

Sure. I do it every day. On my SQL server, I wrote a DTS script to mirror the JodoHost database to my SQL server at my office. Then I scheduled the script to run each evening. Then, I back up my office SQL server using normal backup tools. Here's links for documentation...
