I noticed now that Exchange is an option now for us resellers at $10/month. Is that fee per domain? Or per email account/domain or user account (multiple domains? The details on the plan page aren't that specific. Also, what version of exchange is this? Is Outlook Web Access also...

The term AJAX is Asynchronous Javascript and XML, so as AJAX is concerned it is just XML, but the same results can be done without XML as you said. In fact the control panel I mentioned above doesn't use XML, but is more of a demonstration of what AJAX written pages can do.

My emails are taking anywhere up to 45 minutes to make it to their destination. If I send an email to myself, it takes up to 30 minutes. Are the email servers over loaded? Why would this be happening? I'd email support, but that could take a while.

I'm also having issues with emails not going through. How can I figure out where they are being blocked? I get no response and the person I'm emailing never gets the emails. They were getting them a week ago, but no for the last 5 or 6 days.
