Web 12 has been extremely unstable this last week timing out, for up to a few hours at a time, during the day.
I'm not sure what the problem is but it is causing me a lot of hassle from my clients who are not happy with the amount of downtime we have been experiencing.

Any update on the situation? Still getting a cannot get to database error. I am also having problems with FTP access to web14 so I cant even change the database hostname to an ip address
I'm trying to install "egroupware" into one of my accounts. In the config wizard it tells me that I need to create a directory for back ups that are outside of the root folder...how do I do this through H-Sphere...or is this a JODO thing to do.

I've set up a third level domain and added a Top Level Domain. I'm using the 3rd level to test the site, but cannot get into the TLD through HSPHERE. I realise that I've not pointed the tld that was registered with another company, to the tld folder of the site...
I have the value host package @ $35 per month, I've noticed in your products pages that Value plans have 5gig of space and 80gig of Bandwidth...my service account only shows 2.5 gig of space and 30gig of bandwidth...can I change this in HSphere without getting charged? And why isn't this done...
When a Customer has a dedicated IP, do they need to set their Nameserver to the dedicated IP or the allocated Nameservers for me as the reseller...in other words should he be using NS3 & NS4 that is for all my customers or just use his dedicated IP?
