No I didn't have to do anything. But you may want to test that your application folder has write permission first. I wrote a simple app that just created a txt file and wrote stuff to it. that was how i confirmed i had write permission before I uploaded the aspdnsf.
Apparently, from this thread http://support.jodohost.com/showthread.php?t=7533&highlight=aspdotnetstorefront , it looks like jodo does not support AspdotnetStorefront. I may have to move this site to another host.

spent 2 days pulling my hair out and Just found the answer to this. apparently from this post, you cannot even see your database in server management studio http://support.jodohost.com/showthread.php?t=10863
...that sucks big time.
On the same note, I have been trying to access a db i created from server management studio, I can't see the db. can u please give me the 101 on how to create db? and be able to access it thru sql management studio.
and i mean 101...u know create login....etc
