SMTP Down for mail10 and mail6.myhsphere.biz

For over 5 hours all outgoing emails to domains outside Jodo have not been recieved by recipients.
2 Tickets have been issued, Ticket # 445474 and Ticket # 270916
So all clients have been sending their business emails and waiting for responses, but till now nothing went through. Worst is problem has been reported a long time ago and still no fix or update on cause or when will problem be resolved. Really sorry to see how quality of service is going down.
 
These servers appear to STILL be down - clients are complaining this morning that they can not log into any webmail service and SMTP sends fail/time out.

These servers are not down, but there were quite a few accounts being used for spamming that cause queues to be clogged. They most certaintly haven't been down for 24+ hours.

Stepehen, I've historically have issues with one customer domain getting half of their e-mails flagged as spam by recepient servers. Is there some kind of setup you could recommend to prevent this from happening?
