But you can only resell the plain you are under, I am understanding this post by Ravi as saying you can resell any of them under any reseller account. Maybe I'm way out there and just misunderstanding this thread.

I agree with this completely... although I have had very minor issues where it was a little difficult to get the support staff to understand exactly what I was trying to convey. But this has never been anything serious... It was simply a matter of explaining myself a little clearer.

Looks like maybe rackspace is having issues... The sites going up an down constantly.

In order to insure you are using MSXML 4.0 I was told that you must use MSXML2.ServerXMLHTTP.4.0 I've dont this on one of my site and it works perfectly.

You can also use Enterprise Manager to give execute permissions to your database login... gets the same result.

I have used all of those, I currently use chose to stick with Persits ASPUpload. To be honest I did not notice and differences between them, but I am doing nothing more advance as uploading to a forum. They've all works perfectly.
