Web15 is down at present. It has been up and down a number of times today, and it seems to become unresponsive at least once every day. No FTP at present, even. Is this going to be permanently resolved, or should I start moving sites away?

I'm still getting reports of connection issues, as of 5:00pm Eastern time.

On Windows servers this is more or less instant, but subdomains on Linux (CL1) seem to take an indeterminate amount of time to become functional. Files, even the 'instant access domain alias', are still not available after 45 minutes on one I set up earlier. All I get is the "default H-Sphere...

I had my fair share of hacked servers last year, also mostly from Chinese SEO bastards, and gave up trying to figure out how they got in. I'm sure it wasn't FTP, insecure though that is without SSH, or vulnerable CMSs which were not a factor in the hacked sites. Support reckoned it might be down...
