Can we not install Webalizer (or whatever stats package we like) onto a client's site, and run it every day with a cron job? Won't that get around the HSphere issues?

I just encountered this problem for one of my clients.. Webalizer had stopped recording stats sometime in April. hmmm, very troubling. Stats is a rather important aspect of many a web site. I must thank Manish for his honesty, when responding to my ticket, saying it still may stop again...

Just been playing with it. One really needs to buy the "Power Pack" (read: non-crippled version) to use it for anything more than the basics. The free version runs on an *Access MDB* :puke: The Admin interface, at least in the free version, is appalling. Any other suggestions? :P

I've just installed CubeCart (the free v3 version) on a client's Windows shared server. Installation went fine, and I got as far as logging into the CubeCart admin area. However, the application misbehaves after that point. Once logged in as admin, clicking any of the admin menu items...

I'm working on some code for a client, and would like to handle requests to .pdf files in my .NET code, as they are created on the fly. Is there a way to tell IIS (through HSphere I presume) to map *.pdf files to custom code?

Something I've just discovered... any extra headers I add to the client request go through OK. So if I add a header to my browser request called "foobar", the 404 error script can see it no problem. I can even add "if-modified-since-then" and it works fine. So something is actively stripping...
