Win5 is a pain in the rear

I've been having ongoing problems with a client who is on Win5 (cluster 2). Web site response is often slow, FTP response is often slow, Webshell is often slow.

I've had a tech move the site to another app pool (or make some adjustment there) and the site response has improved dramatically, however FTP and webshell are still issues. At the moment, the "FTP Manager" page of the CP is not loading completely, just stalling.

Anyone else having issues with Win5 cluster 2?

What's my chances of getting a site moved to another server? I've about had it with poor old Win5. :deadhorse
 
Right now, i am checking win5. If you want your account move to different server, please send us ticket. We will check possibility of it.
 
I made some changes on server, web shell is little better now. We will reboot win5 server on today mid night to fix it.
 
Thanks Manish. Is it worth requesting the move, or should I wait till after the reboot? That is, are you fixing something long-term or just for now?
