Still no response from jodo support after 15 minutes?!?

Is anyone else having problems with mssql1? Getting the following error: Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server error '80004005' [DBNETLIB][ConnectionOpen (Connect()).]SQL Server does not exist or access denied.

Has anyone else had a problem with dedicated SSL after the crash on win6 over the holiday weekend? If so. Were you able to re-install the certs? Support has not been much help so I thought someone else might be having the same problem

Stephen, I just put the 404_error.htm file into my root and I tried the file method. This doesn't work either. Can you just set it up for me. It is not working for me. Domain: teleportjobs.com error: 404 custom error page: 404_error.htm I can't get it to work at all. Very frustating...

My custom page is in a sub-directory. Does it have to be in the root?

aaalllen, I've recently switched to CDONTS for this reason. ASPmail doesn't support authentication. For reference I used mail.mysite.com where mysite is your domain. I would recommend using CDONTS because you get less bounced emails when you authenticate.

I like the midnight and 5-7 option. Of course 2 times a day is better than 1 for this. I don't like 12 noon because that is when I get most visitors. (lunchtime lookies!) If it slows processors during this time it wouldn't be such a great thing.
