access is not an option as its a single file system, ie. you can upload to the web server. and is used from the webserver. its not an option within the plan setup..

i have just checked and it worked fine. what browser are you using as i have had issues with firefox sometimes.. make sure that cookies/sessions and you could also add the Control panel on the white list.
