how to connect my wml page to my database?

i am currently doing a wap site for a university project and i just wanted to know how to connect my site to my ms access database, i understand that this may be a simple problem to solve, i am just unsure as to how i can do it, i cant use coldfusion for this task. Any help would be well recieved (my e-mail is [email protected])

what language are you using to write the pages.. i mean you can use .asp pages on wap sites.

really what extention are you using on the end?

because if using .asp you can write a normal asp page using connections etc but the response.write needs to be in WML.

im not to hot on the way it all works but done a few pages (not sites). trying WML out.
