I also have this problem. On win2 the AWStats pages do not generate. Also, Webalizer doesn't update anymore. It says I've been stuck at 7500 or so hits for a looooong time. Usually I get much more than that.

I'm having trouble gettting the new features working with the existing sites I have hosted. In particular, AWStats will show up on newly setup sites, but not on existing ones. It is enabled and activated, but I can't figure out how to make it show up with the already existing clients...

Well, if it the fix turns out to be what jodohost support recommended, then I was to blame. I just wish there was something to speed up the propagation period. That's just a fact of life, not anybody's fault. I'll post the resolution to my part of the story once it concludes. Best of luck...

This is really dragging on for a very long time. Whatever needs to be done, I hope they do it shortly. My entire office is shut out and it's getting really irritating having 30 people ask me "Is there a problem with the email?" every few minutes.
