There isn't anyway to get access to CURL on a linux account?

Is there anyway to add a new FTP user with only access to one of my domains? I can't find any information about adding FTP users to a windows account.

I own the domain name phillipsinteractive.com, but when I go to http://cp.phillipsinteractive.com I get sent to some random site.... Something going on with Jodo's DNS? Actually seems to happen to most sites I'm reselling.

SQL Server SOOO Slow Thru Enterprise Manager.... Are there any tricks to speed it up? It takes forever to open up because there are so many SQL Databases. Is there anyway to get it to only open the DBs I have access to, or something? (On a fast connection btw.) THanks, Scott.
