Abuse on MSSQL11 - making slow queries

one DB has run out of space and issuing so many queries it had the server locked up pretty badly. I am having to restart the SQL services and then will increase the DB size of this faulting database.
 
It is up and running well now for a while, I've gotten the DB sized properly so no more errors like this on this DB at least.

There is still another user making some high cpu utilization other than the one that made the forced restart with the looping, I am still working on it but the server is responding much better at the moment
 
All in control now, no changes made seems that I was being a bit quick to call it abuse(high cpu issue) when it was just temporary.
