I read that it takes up to 12 hours for an account to be activated. That's just fine. However, do I need to wait 12 hours before changing my DNS?

Since the account comes with 1 dedicated IP, I suppose I need to wait until I receive the IP after my account is activated. If I'm wrong about this, can you give me the name servers now? That way I can cut down on the propagation time.

BTW, in what country is the datacenter located?
