all sites down due to routing issue

There have been 0 packets lost in 802 run (I stopped it just to check) since my post in the status forum.

While this is good news for me, it relieves me greatly, the work is just starting for me, tracking this down, formulating a solution and making the requires changes to implement it without impact on our side as well.

One of my sites on web10 continues to go up and down and it is down right now. it went up and down 10-15 times over the last 8-10 hours. Is this another issue? Here is the current error:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
