I sent a couple of tickets already for two days now and I still never got any follow-up. What is going on, JodoHost? ?(
 
Have you sent ticket prehaps to yourself? This happens sometimes, if the ticket ID is like 567890 it is not in our system, it is is like RFD-455-34142 style, it may be in our system but with wrong status.

Please post them here or in private message.
 
Customer gave me tickets in PM and I had resolved very quickly, just for an update.
