hi guys.

we have annom support.

and also have the mass mail forum signed.

my query is, we use the same idea (signiture system) with out clients , after which point they are able to ask for a domain to be uncapped

am i able to get them to just submit a ticket for the request to be removed or do we the reseller have to request it?

i posted here as its not a real ticket issue.
 
get them to email you the signed form, and then you request the domains to be uncapped..

For all legal purposes, we only recognise you and not your customers.
