Anonymous Support - Is it enabled!?

I signed up for anonymous support in Dec 2005, and I'm sure that when it was enabled, clients would go to (in their CP) 'Support Center \ Make a New Ticket' and they'd be taken to the reseller helpdesk (http://helpdesk.yourhosting.com).

However, I've noticed recently that it doesn't go to the above anymore, and instead allows you to open a ticket through the CP - as if anonymous support is activated.

How does everyone else's clients submit a support ticket? By submitting a ticket through the CP, does it end up in the reseller helpdesk? If not, could Jodo take a look at this for me please, as I may be being billed for something which isn't activated.

This may have happened during the upgrade, we tried to check all the anonymous support users but it seems your may have been missed. :(
 
Thanks Stephen - do I need to do anything to rectify it? Just checked one of my clients, and it's still the same.

Sorry Stephen, it's still showing the old support ticket page on my clients still.

EDIT - I've opened a ticket: OZD-70750-696
