another cp question

I set up the dns for my customers and then pointed the domains to them - I can ping them, but I'm still unable to pull up cp.herdomain.com - what am I missing?

cp.customerdomain.com is not valid, all customers need to utilize cp.yourservicedomain.com to get to the CP.
