Any Advice?

I like it. very clean design. i can't really suggest any improvements, but i guess you could try a couple things just to change the appearance.

maybe try setting the outside background area to a light grey color?

one other thing is that you can't really tell that the search box IS a search box until you click on it.
 
whats missing is content. theres a lot of white space that could be filled in, also maybe use a bit of cellpadding to spread things out a little bit more so its not so convoluted. maybe add some more colour to the pages and header
