I was hoping that someone would be able to help me out here.
I have a user who is archiving on a monthly basis to a PST folder. Sometimes she needs to go through the old e-mails and send them to other people or forward them to someone else. When she does this a copy of the e-mail gets placed in her outbox and never leaves. When she goes into the outbox and opens the e-mail it says that it hasn't been sent. If she resends it, it will be removed from her outbox but the receipient has already gotten a copy so now they get 2 copies of the e-mail.
Anyone have any suggestions? I have already looked the entire program over as well as reinstalled outlook. Still not fixed. Please help. Thanks in advance.
