We are seeing an issue with both clusters since the Patch8 upgrade with ASP.NET giving errors on account creations and switching ASP.NET versions.
We are aware of this matter and for the time being recommend this:
-Disable ASP.NET Auto activation on plan creation
-Send a ticket to switch ASP.NET versions IF you get the error saying you can't switch them
-If you get an error turning on ASPNET and need it activated also send a ticket
Please do not send tickets just asking "Why?" it seems there is a bug in Patch8 that is making this to happen and we are working with Psoft to resolve it, however we wish to provide the best services possible and need to focus on getting the features activated/switched manually.
