ASPNET issues from Hsphere to Windows Servers

We are seeing an issue with both clusters since the Patch8 upgrade with ASP.NET giving errors on account creations and switching ASP.NET versions.
We are aware of this matter and for the time being recommend this:
-Disable ASP.NET Auto activation on plan creation
-Send a ticket to switch ASP.NET versions IF you get the error saying you can't switch them
-If you get an error turning on ASPNET and need it activated also send a ticket

Please do not send tickets just asking "Why?" it seems there is a bug in Patch8 that is making this to happen and we are working with Psoft to resolve it, however we wish to provide the best services possible and need to focus on getting the features activated/switched manually.

When submitting a ticket please be sure to mention:
domain or subdomain
desired asp.net version
 
For this Asp.net problem what we have found that if you have asp.net already active in Hsphere and just want to switch to the version then in that case, you need to first switch of the web service completely and then turn it back on, Then try to switch the asp.net version and it will work.

But if you are switching asp.net for the first time and it give error as "saying you can't switch them" just let us know on a ticket with domain name and we shall do it on the server directly.
