We at JodoHost have come to the decision to stop providing AutoResponders to all customers and resellers. The decision comes after SpamCOP stepped up efforts to target misdirected bounces. SpamCOP openly asks all webhosts and ISPs to stop offering Autoresponders because they can be exploited by spammers. what spammers do is put in a false mail header and cause a bounce to a forged email address, resulting in SPAM.
We have been repeatedly blacklisted by SpamCOP because we continue to offer autoresponders and everytime we disable an offending one, a new one is targetted. hence we've come to the decision to disable this service.
Our time frame for discontinuing autoresponders is between 7 to 10 days. More details will be posted within the next few days.
