I just spoke with a tech via chat and cannot believe that the email autoresponse feature has been removed!!!

First of all, it still appears in the control panel - so this is VERY misleading.

I am a reseller - therefore I have clients that are on this system and are going to not be very happy when they realize that this feature is no longer available. I'm not sure when this happened - maybe it has been some time, but it became an issue for me today.

This is standard function of email - I cannot believe this is not supported here.

Please tell me this is temporary and you will be bringing this feature back...if not - I may have to find alternate solutions.

This is already causing me loss of business!! I have an employee on vacation and we cannot set up a simple autoresponder?!!? Yes - I can forward his email, but that is not a solution.

This needs to either be brought back or removed from the control panel completely. I'd prefer brought back.

I am also hoping to see a response here as I think this is absolutely crazy.

It won't take me nearly that long to move my accounts.

There is no indication that it doesn't work.

I have set up autoresponders as recent as this past January. I had no idea that it was not functioning as it still shows in the control panel. It wasn't until I had to set one up for a co-worker that I discovered this.

In my opinion you have 2 options here.

1. Remove that option from the control panel so you are not misleading your customers...or mine.

2. Enable that function again as every other host that I know of has that option enabled.

I have already begun searching for a new provider as lacking such a basic service is a joke.
