Backup/Restore SQL Databases

I'm trying to restore an SQL database that I have backup up using the "account backup" tool within H Sphere. I can't get the system to allow me to restore the database - it failed everytime even if I try it with an fresh database.

Am I missing something with the system or am I not able to restore a database?

I made some changes that have messed up the database and can't get the database to restore and my site is down! Please help!

Can you download the backup you had created and FTP it up to your site, send a ticket and have us restore for you?
 
Yes, I can. I think that my hosting comes through a reseller account, do I need to get my reseller to raise the ticket with you and tell you which account has the SQL database that needs restoring?

If you are a reseller client you are supposed to go through the reseller first, most don't even want you to know about us :D
