Bad Sender List removal turnaround time?

In general, how quickly will a request to be removed from the bad senders list be acted upon? I emailed the signed, scanned document to the address listed in a previous thread on Tuesday. Email from my websites continues to be rejected though.
 
Nope. I haven't received anything. I just checked my outgoing email and it was sent to [email protected] on December 11 at 8:00 PM. Nothing shows up as being marked spam by my Gmail account from that address, so it looks like it may have been lost. Resend?

no, we got the email it just got overlooked somehow :(
