Bandwidth & Email

I have an existing client who is always going over their monthly bandwidth allocations because of their email traffic (on one domain only). Would it be best to set them up at a place that offers non-metered bandwidth? Their traffic rate is caused by the sending of funny videos, pictures etc to everyone on his email list. The other sites in his account use less than 2gb per month (for everything) and his email account is running 8gb plus per month.

I don't really want to send them elsewhere as they will likely take all their accoutns with them. And yet I don't really want to use another host company.

Anyone have any input as to what I should do with them?

Thanks in advance!

Could they send their emails via a local ISP mailserver or install an MTA on their local machine and send from there instead of using the mailserver and calculating that against their bandwidth?
