Many of my customers are complaining about their bandwidth increasing exponentially, many of them have very low usage websites, I can only assume that these are bots looking for security holes on the server or similar. I was hoping jodo could throw some light on this issue
Interesting I typed up a reply to this earlier today and doesn't seem posted.
Yes bots have been hammering some domains, and we have been putting blocks on many IP ranges. If you could open a ticket with the domain using most unexpected traffic we can have a look and see if we can block some more ranges to prevent from hitting your domains, or other clients as well.
I've been waiting almost 4 days for a final response or answers to this ticket JMX-35834-555. Is there a problem with help desk responses getting through?
Sorry for delay response on ticket. We have replied your support ticket and provided you both account move status in support ticket.Kindly check the same and let us know if we can help you further
I haven't had a moment to analyze this either, as I have been 'snowed under' since the Thursday (thanksgiving) morning DDOS attacks. Many apologies and not ignoring at all.
No problem, I needed to ask as it looks as if one of the sites was moved but the directory indexes were broken, subsequently I was told by my customer that their site was down. I appreciate things have been busy for jodo.
