cancel request not carried out

Hi there

I asked, I think a couple of weeks ago, for my shared account "BalearicJobs" to be closed as I have moved to my new VPS account with Jodo

I did this by filling out the form and also sending an email to billing, however its not been done as of yet.

Could this be sorted please as I don't wish to be billed for an account that I am not using. Could you also please adjust any fees that have been occured on this account due to failure to close this account.

you won't get billed again, will see to that.
I got a CC of the confirmation, I know you sent that in and it should have been processed. I will check on the reason for why it did not process as soon as the billing department is available.
