Can't access control panel?

We are having trouble accessing all of our control panels (Master and regular accounts). When we try to log in we get the error "Internal problem, try again).

The help system seems to be running extremely slow. I'm trying to post a message there, but it's taking over 1 minute to access the site and now when I log in it tells me the login is invalid. I've tried 3 times and I'm pretty sure I've typed my password correctly at least one of those times.
 
That is all happening because there was an issue on the DB backend server, but it is repaired now!
 
I was checking it at the time you posted as techs had alerted me to a problem, so I got the notice posted as soon a possible (just after you posted here), and actually answered you that it was up before posting that to status :)
