Can't Change Preferences In Php-nuke

Please help:

I have successfully installed PHP-NUKE 7.6 and all seems okay. I created a super user and can login no problem.

However, none of the Adminstration Menu buttons work when I click on them. The address bar changes, for example when I click on preferences, the address bar changes to http://www.binniemotorsports.com/htm...p?op=Configure but the preferences page does not open.

The only Administration button that works is Backup.

Submissions screen changes to Access Denied.

Someone please help.

If this is a *nix account, check with your webhost if they run mod_security.
