Capping Bandwidth

Hi,

I wonder if you can help me...

I'm looking at transferring my sites from 1&1, to yourselves, and use your reseller services.

What I'd like to know is, if a client goes over, or hits their bandwidth limit, what happens? Does it just carry on, or does it lock their site and show an "error" message? I'm just worried incase a client uses more than they should.

Welcome at Jodohost..

When you reach your resources limits, you gets an alert for this but sites/clients are not suspended. You are charged automatically for extra resources.

In that case, we recommand a plan upgradation or buy bulk resources.

Also, is there a limit to the number of emails that can be sent from my hosting plan? Eg, for newsletters etc? I can't seem to find this information anywhere.

No there is no such limit, you can use unlimited emailing.
 
note that unless you submit a mass mail form you are limited to 100 (100) emails from each address,

so you can only send 100 from anyone email address, recieve within your plan diskspace limits though.

if the form is submitted there is no limit
 
Is it possibly to include all future accounts (setup through my reseller hosting), by filling in the form with my main account username?
 
the mass mail is for you the reseller.

you can then take the capp off any dokain held within your reseller accounts

we have also installed the feature jodohost use on its customer s on ours.

they have to submit a form like jodohosts to us then we will take the cap off.
