Hi all,
A couple of my clients were looking for an application to enable teams of people to track efforts to reduce their carbon footprint. I have built such a program and released it open source.
The program is designed to be installed on a web site. The site's owner sets an overall goal and then invites team leaders. Each team leader then invites people to be on his or her team. The individuals then log their green actions while the system tallies their savings.
The program is not yet complete and I'd love any input on how to make it better. More info on the program is at:

If you would like to check it out, but don't want to install it on your site, I have a demonstration copy running on my site. I can send you a team leader invite message through which you can form a team and give the application a test-drive. PM me your email address for such an invite.
