CF Module - OLD reseller plan

    I just looked at the Reseller Price section in my CP, it said CF Module Free 4

    It was NOT there before! somebody pls explain, are we going to be charged for overage CF module now? this was not the original plan. the old plan said Unlimited CF module when I first signed up!

    Old plans should not have a Cf price, new ones do.

    like I said it was not there before, but it is now.

    I just want to make sure that my account (old plan), signed up 2.5 years ago, does not get charged for CF overage

    We regret for the inconvenience.

    We have now corrected the error in old Reseller plans cluster 1 :-
    (Lite host / Value host / Sliver host / Gold host / Platinum host )

    Hsphere will suppose to refund the charges automatically after it run automatic billing on our servers.

    However, we advise you to check your billing statements after 12 hrs. and update billing@jodohost.com, if you donot receive the automatic refund; we will refund the charges manually.

    I am on the old plan and have been charged (overcharged) for the CF Module for the first time ever on last months bill.

    I have sent an email regarding this issue on 26-DEC-08 and another today and still no action or reply.

    I'm sure this can be resolved, but a little communication from the billing department would help. :)

    I will fwd this to them for investigating, but I do want to make it clear if old clients upgrade to the newest plan with the slight increase in disk space and bandwidth, it will be on a plan having CF costs per domain.

    This plan was the one before and it had CF charges for people signing up for it, but the resource levels were upgraded for all on HD/bandwidth.(So basically the same plan with exemption of Cf charges)

    I have not upgraded and actually no changes were made with the two resold accounts, except for this recent added charge happening.

    As per billing they have executed all the requests they received for CF over charges. Please send them email with your account id, or user name they will update you as soon as they receive your details.

    I have now sent 3 emails on 26-DEC-08, 15-JAN-09, and 17-JAN-09, all to billing @ jodohost.com (without spaces).

    The issue has been resolved, but no email was ever received from the billing department regarding the issue.

    Billing has replied your email 2 times, kindly check your SPAM box and let us know if we can help you further.

    That was my point nothing was ever received in my Yahoo account from billing at all, inbox, spam folder or otherwise.

    I always receive emails from support and sales, but it is possible those 2 emails were blocked by Yahoo mail before ever getting to my account.
